Rose Group has a joint venture with Egana Goldpfeil to promote all their fashion brands in India and is credited with introducing the first fashion watch brand in India. With over 25 brands under distribution & retail, The Rose Group today is the preferred partner for international brands looking at entering the booming retail market in India. The flagship brand Rose is synonymous with luxury jewellery and is a leader in its own niche. Rose is retailed through its unique and exclusive Rose Salon and will soon be launching its prêt line, aptly titled Petals by Rose. Under the luxury segment it has a strategic business partnership with Versace Watches, Christian Bernard – France & Antonio Bernini, and holds sole distribution rights for the above mentioned brands.

Egana India Pvt. Ltd. is a joint venture between the Rose Group & Egana Goldpfeil, a US $ 600 million group. Egana India started operations in 1999. Egana India now has distribution points in over 40 cities with more then 250 stores and has successfully established itself in the fashion lifestyle segment. Today, Egana India’s portfolio boasts brands like Esprit Time wear, Pierre Cardin Swiss, Carrera, Cerruti 1881 & Puma. Following the success it has had with watches, Egana India feels that now the market is ready to accept branded fashion jewellery. Egana India extends its fashion business portfolio in three specific categories viz – watches, jewellery & retail.
